Time to be alone with your feelings and with your head

I've recently discovered that thinking things through is a bad way to go especially with the pessimism that dominates my life sometimes
When you run a conversation through your head and out of 50 ways it could go 53 of them are bad

Yes I know thats more than 50 but theres other options that don't actually count as conversations *sigh* I'll have my head sorted soon enough when I realise what I need and what I want but till then I will have to try to either live with my head for now. Immerse myself in exams. Or just say what needs to be said. Well there is another option that could be a little bit controvertial but I'm not ready for the end of my life not for another few years yet. *sigh again* I guess for now I'll have to live with it and work out what to do about it
