MTG Leaguage

I was discussing with Mr Ford yesterday about the possibility of a box league.

The idea is that for the league there is a limited card pool which people can make decks with. When they did it on DailyMTG they each (10 of them) opened a box each.

Now a box each is pushing it but hey they worked for wizards and thus had boxes to burn.

The idea for this would be that we buy a box (or more) between a group of people and each take a number of boosters from the box as the limited card pool.

Make some decks (possibly starting initially at 40 cards) and play games against each other with this limited pool of cards.

We then after a few weeks allow the addition of cards into each persons pool via the medium of buying a booster pack or two every fortnight say.
Then allow some trading of cards in the limited pool. Possibly increasing the deck size and things at the same time.

Would people be interested?

Ad professed an interest in getting hold of some older cards to do this...and looking at ebay Kamigawa is looking fairly cheap atm.

So any interest?
