Well The last two weeks or so we've been in kenya
First Week was mainly spent swimming up to the pool bar
And then scuba diving to the coral reef to see lots of fishies including HUAGE Angel Fish (o' Doom) Lion Fish, Clown Fish and other assorted things. Including big black spikey things and Manta Rays.
Not much else was done that week.
Sunday came the early morningPiss-up pint which included free flowing wine beer and soft drinks with a Kanga Show (how to dress in fun coloured table cloths) and a BBQ followed by a band Much getting pished was done at 11am - 4:30pm
Next day was a 2 day safari starting with a short flight to Crocodile Camp where we stayed over night.
Also there we went on Game drives to see various animals including Lions Gazelle Zebras Hippos and bizzarly Ostriches (which we never expected to see).
Later that week we took a trip to Haller park to the animal sancturary where we saw more animals hippos crocs even some huge tortoises. Though the highlight of that has to be being able to feed the Riffies (Giraffes) by hand.
Saturday meant a long flight back to gatwick but on the way back we stayed at the aurora international hotel which was amazing. The bed so comfy and such a joy to be able to shower in fresh water again (after spending two weeks showering in salt water you'd be overjoyed too)
Then sunday we came back up to sheffield. Stopped off at mine to unpack and drop stuff off before heading to jennie's.
And to see the state of the living room... I'll say no more about that.
IT was good to be able to eat at Tim Helen and Starrs on the Sunday so thanks for that made us feel somewhat better after seeing the state of the house. And now I'm at Jennie's house in The Wirral hoping that the house in sheffield might just be tidy when we get back. Or at the very least not worse than when we left it.
